May you always stay so sweet (8 months old)

We started off the month with Rick Enzo's first cold😟 Despite boogers all over and a startling cough, this little guy managed to pull himself up to standing and turn into a speedy little crawler.  It's safe to say this little cold didn't slow him down.  His favorite activity is throwing cups around and then crawling after them.  He still loves his exer-saucer, but now he jumps and bounces like a mad man!  He has no interest in remaining still now, not even for a diaper change.  We are all turning into professional wrestlers, trying to pin Ricky down just long enough to get dressed.  By the end of the month, Ricky was climbing and pulling himself up on everything- the couch, the chairs, and us.
Rick Enzo's appetite is growing just as quickly as he is.  Ricky is getting more food into his mouth than on the floor now with his own little hands.  He's chewing up salmon, chicken, tuna, cheese, strawberries, cucumbers and more.  We know he likes it when he starts kicking those little feet around.  He is a very good boy at restaurants, flirting and entertaining other diners by dancing in his highchair.  His laughs are just getting bigger and better everyday.  We are spending warm days in our kiddie pools, at swallow cliff and of course the park.  Although, there has been a ton of stormy days- even a tornado warning on Memorial Day, so Ricky hang out in the basement with everyone to stay safe. We are looking forward to a wild summer with our little monkey.
Best of the Month:  RICKY SAYS MAMA!!!! It's no surprise Ricky's first word was "mama,"  after all, we are BFFs.  We will work on dada next;)
